Raspberry Blondies

I made these Blond Brownies for our Memorial Day gathering and they were a big hit with the family so I thought I'd share them with you.

Raspberry Blondies

1/4 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1/2 cup copped nuts
1 cup of chocolate chips ( I used white chocolate chips)
1/2 tsp raspberry flavoring

Cream together butter and brown sugar, then beat in eggs. Add flour, baking, powder, baking soda and salt then stir together. Stir in nuts, chips and flavoring. Spread batter in an 8x8 greased and floured pan. Bake at 350* for 25 minutes.

Don't know what I did.

I've been trying to change the layout on my blog but for some reason everything has dropped to the bottom of the page instead of the side where I want it to be. I have no clue what I did.Can anyone help? That is if I still have anyone who is still reading my blog.

Thought I'd stop and say Hi.

I don't have any pics to share but I did wanna say hey ladies. How is everyone? I am doing good. Since I was last here my hubby and I have been spending more time together and doing more things with our boys. When my grandpa passed away it made me realize that life was too short and I needed to start spending more time with my family. I now visit my grandma at least two or three times a week. She is 81 and not going to be here forever so I treasure every moment I have with her.

We had a great Easter and enjoyed our yearly egg hunt. We came home with 5 dozen eggs. Lets just say we've had lots of egg salad lately.

In other news All The Sisters now has a website. That's the shop that I am a part of with my friends Donnely, Diana and Cass. We have a store in Bremen,OH but will soon be moving to Somerset, Ohio to a much bigger store at the end of this month. That is exciting news for to us. I'll post pics once we are all moved in ad set up.
For now that's all I have. I'll stop back as soon as I have more to share. Take Care and Happy Crafting.

The Letter "M"

Hi everyone!Well, here it is February already , can you believe it? January wasn't the best month for me.So I'm glad to see it go. Things can only get better.
I asked Rondell to give me a letter. She gave me the letter M. She really made me think on this one. I thought I'll never come up with 10 things I like that start with the letter M. But once I sat down I actually came up with more but I'll only share the top 10. Thanks Rondell.

1. Me-I always make sure to take time for myself because if I'm not happy then my guys aren't happy. LOL

2. My family-They are the most important thing to me, my reason for living. They give me great joy and I miss those that are no longer with us.

3. Mom- We may not always agree on everything but she is more than just my mother she is my friend.

4.Megan- she is my youngest cousin but is more like a little sister and I love her dearly

5.Mystery- I love reading mystery books. Right now I am reading the Molly Murphy series by Rhys Bowman.

6.Music- I enjoy listening to heavy metal which surprises most people. They think I look more like the country type but that just goes to show looks can be deceiving. I'm just not into country.

7. Money- well I don't really love money but I need it to suport my sewing habbit.LOL

8.Memories- making memories can be fun and is important they help biuld character and give us something to reflect on.

9. Movies- we don't go to a lot of movies but we do rent a few DVDs every Sunday for our weekly family night. It's just one more way we are creating memories for my family.

10. Muffins- I love eating muffins, they go great with my morning tea.
