Birdseye View.

I've been doing a little bird watching in the morings while getting the boys ready for school and here are a few shoots that I wanted to share with you. The first is the Northern Cardinal. They look so pretty in the winter with a splash of red against all that white snow.

The second is a Tufted Titmouse. I was excited to see this little birdie because I didn't know that I had them in my yard.

I've also been putting out peanuts still in the shell and the Blue jays just love them. I hope to get a picture of them swiping them. The birds have become a joy for me. It's my way of slowing down and taking a little time for me.

  2. How to see a tit mouse and cardinal. I haven't seen them in years. My Dad was a bird man and could tell you all about them. Love of birds came from him.
thank you for the gentle reminder of My Dad.

  4. I do think the cardinals are beautiful in winter too! It's nice to take time and notice the birds and all nature around us. I need to pull out our binoculars and keep them by the bay windows! It's a great learning experience too to identify them! Thanks for reminding me! :

Thanks for stopping by my blog and for your kind comment

    Have a great week!
